The Great Lakes Bar & Grill Club dining membership card is valid for the one year stated on card. Can be used at each restaurant one time throughout the year, buy one get one free entrée of equal or lesser value.

Other terms and conditions include...

  • Not valid holidays and weekends (see full list below)

  • Membership card has no cash value

  • Valid for dine in use only, take out or delivery at discretion of restaurant.

  • Not valid for alcoholic beverages, appetizers, desserts, taxes, tips, etc.

  • A tip of 15-20% of the TOTAL bill before the complimentary dinner entrée should be deducted and is customary and may be included at the discretion of the restaurant.

  • Reservations may be required at some restaurants

  • One card use per bill

  • Card must be presented to server at time of bill for punch validation.

  • Special items, special promotions, Chef specials, House specials, market price items or early dining specials or items not part of the regular menu may not be included at the discretion of the restaurant.

  • The Great Lakes Bar & Grill Club membership cannot be combined with any other discount or special offer.

  • A group of more than eight persons served at the discretion of the restaurant.

  • The Great Lakes Bar & Grill Club and participating restaurants are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Please read your card and check our website carefully. If you visit a restaurant on a non-valid day, you will be charged the entire bill. No exceptions.

Membership may not be used on the following days:

  1. January 1st ("New Year’s Day")

  2. February 14th ("Valentine’s Day")

  3. March 17th ("St. Patrick’s Day")

  4. Easter Sunday

  5. The second Sunday in the month of May ("Mother’s Day")

  6. The last Monday in the month of May ("Memorial Day")

  7. The third Sunday in the month of June ("Father’s Day")

  8. July 4th ("Independence Day")

  9. The first Monday in the month of September ("Labor Day")

  10. The fourth Thursday in the month of November ("Thanksgiving Day")

  11. December 24th ("Christmas Eve")

  12. December 25th ("Christmas Day")

  13. December 31st ("New Year’s Eve")

  14. Any day on which the Restaurant is typically not open for business.
